工业机器人在自动化生产线分拣站的应用

根据自动化生产线分拣站的工艺流程和自动化控制的要求,提出基于工业机器人、PLC以及传送带的货物码垛自动化解决方案。构建以三菱FX3U型PLC、传送带和工业机器人等组成的全自动分拣码垛系统。分析了PLC的动作过程,提供了PLC的程序流程图;分析了工业机器人码垛的工作过程,提供了工业机器人码垛的程序流程图。工业机器人引入到自动化生产系统后,能够进一步提高工厂自动化水平、提高生产效率,减小劳动强度,降低人工成本。     

Wrinkling of corrugated skin sandwich panels

Compression wrinkling of composite sandwich panels with corrugated skins was investigated numerically, analytically and experimentally. Semi-circular and sine-wave shaped corrugations were studied. The corrugations significantly increased wrinkling strength when compared with equal mass flat panels. Semi-circular corrugations proved to be highly preferable to sine-wave shaped corrugations due to localized buckling in the latter. Over 40 fiberglass and foam core sandwich specimens were manufactured with semi-circular skin corrugations. These specimens were tested to failure, providing confirmation of the numerical and analytical results.     

基于RGB颜色特征的印鉴图像预处理

针对票据印鉴在RGB颜色空间分布的特点,通过算法将红色印鉴从杂乱的背景和噪声中分离出来,得到二值化的印鉴图像,再通过去噪得到较好的预处理印鉴图像。实验证明,该方法的计算速度较快,并能在一定程度上恢复出被背景覆盖的印鉴部分,使得提取的印章有较理想的视觉效果。     

反应条件对聚氨酯/丙烯酸水分散体合成及性能的影响

以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI-80)、PPG1080、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为主要原料合成了聚氨酯／丙烯酸水分散体(PUA)树脂。研究了影响PUA合成、稳定性和漆膜性能的各种因素。     

芳纶及其功能织物的研究动态

芳纶是一种耐高温的高强高模特种纤维。介绍了间位芳纶和对位芳纶的结构和性能,以及当前利用其性能制得的各种功能芳纶织物。指出芳纶今后的研究方向:更高的力学性能,130～170GPa的弹性模量,60～90GPa的抗拉强度;更多的功能特性,尤其是耐500～600℃高温的特性。以期芳纶功能织物特性大幅度提高,应用更广泛。     

离子交换法处理线路板厂含铜废水工艺的优化

对某线路板厂含铜废水处理装置的离子交换柱再生工艺条件进行了优化.结果表明,当再生液流量为2000L/h,再生剂质量分数为8.5%时,每次交换出的总铜量达26.1～29.0 kg;采用再生液二次利用工艺时,每次交换出的总铜量为18.5～21.3 kg,废再生液Cu2 质量浓度上升到20g/L,可节约再生剂用量,并有利于铜的回收.     

紫外光固化胶粘剂的粘接性能研究

本研究采用三种丙烯酸酯单体(M01、M02、M03)和一种紫外光引发剂(I01)配制了紫外光固化胶粘剂,探讨了不同原料配比对产品拉伸剪切强度的影响。实验结果表明:当原料配比为M01:2.07mmol、M02:7.02mmol、M03:13.7mmol、I01:0.585mmol时产品的拉伸剪切强度较好。     

离子膜电解法处理环氧丙烷氯醇化尾气碱洗废水

介绍了离子膜电解法处理环氧丙烷氯醇化尾气碱洗废水的实验研究.在不添加任何化学物质的前提下,其COD去除率可达到78%,同时可回收废水中的碱,迅速降低废水pH,碱回收率可达到73.55%,可为后续生化单元起到良好的预处理作用.     

Evaluation of two alternative carbon capture and storage technologies: A stochastic model

In this paper we evaluate two alternative CCS technologies at a coal-fired power plant from an investor's point of view. The first technology uses CO₂ for enhanced oil recovery (EOR) paired with storage in deep saline formations (DSF) and the second merely stores CO₂ in DSF. The paper updates and improves on an earlier publication by Tzimas et al. (2005). For projects of this type there are many sources of risk, three of which stand out: the price of electricity, the price of oil and the price of carbon allowances. In this paper we develop a general stochastic model that can be adapted to other projects such as enhanced gas recovery (EGR) or industrial plants that use CO₂ for either EOR or EGR with CCS. The model is calibrated with UK data and applied to help understand the conditions that generate the incentives needed for early investments in these technologies. Additionally, we analyse the risks of these investments. Investments with EOR and secondary DSF storage can only be profitable (NPV > 0) when there is a high long-term equilibrium price for oil of more than $56.38/barrel. When the investment decision can be made at any time, i.e. there is an option value, then the trigger value for optimal investment is significantly higher.
